Skincare doesn’t have to be complicated. With some good daily habits and the right products, you can transform your skin and really put your best face forward. These 5 tips are easy to incorporate into your existing routine, or serve as a great foundation to help you start taking better care of your skin.
Well ladies, its’ officially Fall (in case you hadn’t noticed), and with it comes the cooler days, more time cozying up inside, and braving the elements when you step outside. It can be an interesting time of the year when it comes to caring for your skin and I thought it would be a good time to share some simple tips to help keep your skin healthy and happy. I wanted to get advice from a source that really is on top of the skincare game and has some simple tips that will work for everyone, so I’ve teamed up with two consultants from Rodan + Fields, Kaite and Cindy, to get your skincare regimen set for the season. And really, these tips are good year- round to help you keep your skin looking it’s best (I just need to follow this advice more myself now too, especially #5- guilty!).

1. Exfoliate. This helps remove those dead skin cells, increasing skin turnover which slows down as we age, and allows a new layer of fresh skin to surface.
2. Drink plenty of water to help keep your skin hydrated.
