If you guys read my Road to Recovery post last week, you’ll know how much of a devotee to The Dailey Method I’ve become – while recovering from my back injury, I really struggled to find something that was back-safe while also keeping up my strength and tone. I’ve definitely found a new fitness home (in addition to swimming – more stories about how you can hit the pool too son!) and in turn, a new fitness wardrobe. While I used to dress more for high-impact and high-intensity workouts (think running, spin, weight training, etc), I’m now all about taking looks from barre to the streets.
