How to dress for Halloween The Unprecedented Happy Halloween weekend! I still can’t believe I’m saying that this year and I’m pretty sure the one person it makes the most happy is Alex. I bet he’s such busting at the seems to put on his Duff Man costume. Stand back ladies, he’s mine! To get into the spooky spirit this year I’m sharing with you a super easy and affordable way to dress up for Halloween. For myself, Halloween is a pretty low committal holiday so at this point I wouldn’t spend too much on a costume. For this year’s look, I’ve used some of my crafty fingers, a bit of makeup and my own clothes to achieve a Day Of The Dead look! Here’s a breakdown of how I created my outfit. Hair flowers – From what I’ve seen, most people use a floral headband that showcases the perfect halo of florals but for my look I wanted them to be more spaced throughout. I purchased fake black roses from Michaels and sewed them onto mini black bulldog hair clips. This let me clip the large and small roses anywhere I wanted to. Makeup – This style of makeup may look super easy but if you don’t have the right selection of products it may not turn out the way you envisioned. For this, I went to one of my favorite Makeup Artists, Nadia Albano! Nadia achieved this look in under 30 minutes using Makeup Forever products.
