No One Does it Quite #LikeMomDoes 4 The Love of Mommy Brought to you by Tylenol and TheCo. Being a mom is a 24/7 job that I gladly do every day. My days are busy and chaotic and I wouldn’t change a thing, but I totally get it now. All those years that my mom did so much for me, never once complaining when she was so exhausted or when she was sick. We all know as moms there is no such thing as a sick day. We can’t afford to get sick and stop being mom for any reason. She was always there to hold my hair for me, put a cold cloth on my head and make me homemade soup. All she had to do was be there and instantly you felt better. She was there for the birth of every one of my children; holding my hand while I was in labour, coaching me, telling me it would all be all right and that in no time every second of the pain would all be worth it. She was absolutely right. She is still the one I call; not just when I am not well but when my kids get sick too. As a mom of 4 I typically have a good idea of what to do and how to make my kids feel better, but it’s always nice to have her reassure me and talk me through it. I now have the responsibility of being mom to four wonderful children and when they are not feeling well all they want is me. I will snuggle, read books, hold buckets and sit with them while they get sick in the bathroom. Whatever they need, I am there for them and there is no better thank you that knowing that I am needed. Just like every once in a while I need my mom still too. I know that when I am getting a cold I don’t have time to have it take me down so I trust Tylenol® to get me through so I can be the mom my kids need me to be. It has always been the brand I have trusted and the only one I still use when I am sick, especially because the daytime pill doesn’t leave me feeling groggy and tired and the nighttime pill helps me get the rest I need to keep me going. I also know that it is the brand my mom trusts so that also helps me make my mind up because if she trusts it, so do I. So this is a thank you. Thank you mom, for always being there when I need you the most. During my worst moments, you always knew exactly what I needed. Thank you for making me smile and feel just a little bit better even when I didn’t feel up to it. You really do know me best and I know I can always count on you to be there for me no matter what life throws at me.
