As you probably know from many of my other posts, I’m always talking about how much I love to take advantage of sales. When chicken goes on sale I usually like to grab a whole bunch and stick it in the freezer for when I need it. It can be quite expensive if you’re buying it at full price so when it’s on sale I grab up as much as I can. Sometimes I’ve been able to get it for under $2/lb – there’s no way I would miss a deal like that!

Chicken is such as a versatile meat since you can use in so many different types of dishes. The meat is great in curries, to make soup stocks, in sandwiches, pasta dishes and all sorts of other tasty things. You name it and I can almost guarantee you can use chicken and it!

With that in mind, the theme for this week is Delicious Chicken Recipes!
