Health and Beauty With Baking Soda:

  • Dry shampoo can get very expensive! Sprinkle a bit of baking soda on your roots and style as usual. Not into dry shampoo? Add baking soda to your shampoo bottle and it will help rid your hair of impurities from styling products.
  • You can wash your makeup brushes using a mixture of 1 cup water and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Soak them, rinse, and then let them dry before using them again.
  • Use baking soda as an alternative to other antacids. It helps with indigestion and heartburn.
  • Did you know that baking soda makes an amazing exfoliant? Well, now you do! Mix a little water with some baking soda and use it as a face scrub. It will remove the dead skin on your face without harsh chemicals.
  • Make your own deodorant! Combine 3 tablespoons baking soda and 3 drops lavender essential oil. Mix together and apply with a makeup brush or sponge, or your hands. Let dry…
