A few weeks ago, I ate at Public Kitchen & Bar – arguably one of the best mid-priced restaurants in the Kitchener Waterloo Region. Located in an unassuming plaza in quiet neighbourhood, it’s a tapas style restaurant with a homey feel.
There must be less than 30 seats in the restaurant, which makes for a very intimate setting (great for a date). Service was friendly and attentive. Music was chill. My only gripe was that there wasn’t enough lighting for my photos.
