As Canadian Screen Week came to a close, Toronto Fashion Week commenced, once again proving Toronto has been on ????????????as of late. It’s great to see the city not only gaining much recognition within the worlds of culinary arts, r&b music and architectural design but finally, finally some fashion and film-related hype. As emerging talent continues to be lifted up and put at the forefront of Canada’s arts culture, the more it inspires those whom remain unseen and unheard.

At Sunday’s Canadian Screen Awards, Room, Book of Negroes and Schitts Creek scored big, taking home major categories like ‘Best Actor and Actress’, ‘Best Comedy Series’, and ‘Best Direction in a Dramatic Program or Limited Series’, amongst many others. Throughout the week, I traded in my show-going duties and opted to remain mostly behind the camera, catching streetstyle shots during 3/5 days. The other two, I got a lil’ more fancy with some help from COS Toronto. Here were my outfits of the week.
